Return & Exchange Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on our website (click here). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Return & Exchange Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

• No signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use are allowed.

2. What You Can Do

Return for Refund - Get your money back to the original payment method.

Exchange - Swap for a different size, design, colour, or another item of equal or higher value (we’ll adjust the difference if needed).

Special benefit for exchanges: We cover the cost of return shipping within India, making it easier for you to try another piece!

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery via:

2. Provide your order number, a clear reason, and photos of the item, packaging, and tags.

3. We’ll review your request (usually within 24 hours) and send instructions.

4. For returns/exchanges: You may be asked to self-ship the item (keep the courier receipt) or use our arranged pickup (available in select areas).

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 3–5 business days after receipt):
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, net banking, etc.).
• Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment gateway).
• If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping fee (₹50–₹150) will be deducted from the refund amount.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds are issued to your bank account or Amazon Pay balance (whichever is convenient).

• You can track refund status by messaging us or checking your bank statement.

5. Important Exceptions & Conditions

For hygiene, safety, and the nature of jewellery, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

• Worn or used jewellery (even if tried on briefly).

• Custom or personalized pieces (e.g., engraved, made-to-order designs).

• Items purchased during sale, clearance, or final sale promotions.

• Damaged items due to misuse, improper care, exposure to chemicals/perfumes, or normal wear and tear.

6. Defective, Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive an item that is:

• Defective (e.g., stone loose, plating issue from manufacturing).

• Damaged during transit.

• Wrong item or missing parts.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos and your order number.

• Replace the item (if in stock) at no extra cost, or

• Issue a full refund (including original shipping charges).

We take such cases very seriously and resolve them quickly.

Note

• All returns/exchanges are subject to inspection at our end.

• We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our conditions.

• As a small handcrafted brand, we make every piece with care - these guidelines help us maintain quality and fairness for everyone.
