1. Shipping Destination

We currently ship only within India to most cities and towns. We serve a wide range of locations, but delivery is subject to courier availability in your area.

To check if we deliver to your location:

• Enter your PIN code during checkout or on the product/shopping cart page.

• If we cannot deliver to your PIN code due to logistical restrictions (e.g., remote or restricted areas), we will inform you and apologize for any inconvenience.

We do not ship internationally at present. We are working towards expanding this in the future - if you're interested in international options, feel free to reach out via email or WhatsApp!

2. Order Processing Time

All our jewellery is handcrafted in small batches in our Delhi workshop, ensuring quality and attention to detail.

• Standard Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

• In rare cases (e.g., high demand, custom requests, or festive seasons), it may take an additional 1-2 days. We will notify you via email or SMS if there's any delay.

• Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with a tracking link.

3. Delivery Timelines

We partner with reliable logistics providers such as Delhivery and Blue Dart to ensure safe and tracked delivery.

• Within India (Domestic):
Standard delivery: 3-7 business days after dispatch.
Faster in major cities (e.g., Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad) - often 3-5 days.
Remote or smaller towns may take up to 7 days or slightly longer due to courier routes.

• Delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, festivals, weather conditions, strikes, or high volume periods. We make our best efforts to meet the timelines and will keep you updated.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹549 within India (our way of making shopping easier for you!).

• Below ₹549: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value (typically ₹65 for standard packages).

• No hidden fees - what you see at checkout is what you pay.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and locations.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched:

• You will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.

• Track your package in real-time on the courier's website or app.

• For registered customers, you can also view order status in your account on our website.

6. Delivery Conditions & Safety

We take extra care with jewellery deliveries:

• All packages are securely packed with bubble wrap, anti-tarnish pouches (for oxidised and gold-plated items), and sturdy boxes.

• Packages are insured for their full value during transit.

• For high-value orders (e.g., above a certain threshold) or when the recipient is not available, our delivery partner may request ID proof (such as Aadhaar, PAN, or driving license) from the person receiving the package. This ensures safe and correct delivery.

• Please inspect the package upon receipt. If it appears tampered or damaged, do not accept it and contact us immediately.

• We recommend someone be available to receive the package. If re-delivery is needed, additional charges may apply as per courier policy.

7. Important Notes & Disclaimers

• No International Shipping: We do not currently ship outside India. All orders are for domestic addresses only.

• Customs & Duties: Not applicable (domestic only).

• Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Contact us immediately if needed.

• Liability: We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g., courier issues, natural events), but we will assist in resolving them.

• Multiple Addresses: Currently, a single order cannot be split to multiple delivery addresses - place separate orders if needed.
