4. Pricing, Availability, and Product Information

• All products are handcrafted; slight variations in color, finish, or size may occur due to materials and craftsmanship.

• We make every effort to display accurate images and descriptions, but actual products may vary slightly.

• Availability is subject to stock - if out of stock after order, we'll notify and refund.

• No warranties beyond what's stated (e.g., 6-month manufacturing defect warranty).

5. Delivery and Shipping

• We ship only within India (domestic only).

• Processing: 1-3 business days.

• Delivery: 3-7 business days (longer for remote areas).

• Free shipping on orders above ₹549; otherwise, standard charges apply.

• Tracking provided upon dispatch.

• We are not liable for delays due to force majeure (holidays, weather, courier issues).

• Risk passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• 14-day return/exchange window for unused items in original condition.

• Exchanges: We cover return shipping within India.

• Refunds: To original payment method (minus shipping if applicable).

• Exceptions: No returns on worn items (hygiene), custom pieces, sale items, or used jewellery.

• Defective/damaged/wrong items: Contact within 7 days for replacement or refund.

• 6-month warranty on manufacturing defects.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content (designs, images, logos, text, trademarks like "Samya by Samishtha") is our property or licensed to us.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use without written permission.

• Any user-generated content (reviews, photos) grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use.

• We may remove content or terminate access for violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the order value.

• We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g., loss of profits, data).

• No warranties beyond those implied by law.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

11. Force Majeure
